Joel Campbell looks set to finally leave Arsenal on a full time basis. It has never really worked out for the Costa Rican international at the London based club, and now after a string of loan deals, he looks set to finally leave.

The team rumoured to be the destination for the 23 year-old winger is Serie A outfit Palermo.

According to Corriere dello Sport Campbell has agreed to a deal with Palermo, who finished 11th in the league last season, and all that remains is a fee between both clubs for the talented youngster.

It’s rumoured that Arsenal want €10 million for Campbell’s services, however Palermo only look willing to go to €6 million.

Although the clubs appear to be someway apart in terms of a fee, it still looks likely that Campbell will leave Arsenal this transfer window.

Campbell has spent the last four seasons on loan at four different clubs, so a full time transfer may progress the Costa Rican’s career.
