Joao Mario likely to miss Roma game
Gazzetta dello Sport report that Joao Mario is doubtful for Inter‘s clash with Roma on Sunday.
The Portuguese midfielder who has impressed since arriving in the summer having won the European Championship’s missed out on Inter’s 1-1 draw with Bologna through injury. Gazzetta say it is not a serious cause for concern for the Nerazzurri but understandably Inter will not want to aggravate it further so therefore may exclude him to allow him to recover.
Yesterday, Inter tweeted an update on what the injury was but gave no timescale as to when he’s likely to return.

It’s been suggested that the 23 year old will return to light training tomorrow and will partake in full training on Friday but Sunday looks to be to soon to return.
Whether Jeison Murillo, who Inter also tweeted an update for will return on Sunday is currently unknown.
